Acceptance of Terms

By creating a publisher or advertiser account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the network.

Publisher & Advertiser Obligations

Publishers agree to only use approved traffic sources; advertisers agree to accurately represent their offers and honor agreed payout terms.

Payments

Payouts are issued according to the schedule and method selected on your account, subject to minimum thresholds and fraud review.

Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time; Everblossom may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Everblossom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the network.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Everblossom Inc. is registered.
